Paul urges us to "Pray without ceasing." (1 Thess. 5:17) He also encourages to "...be faithful in prayer." (Rom. 12:12) In fact, whenever Paul speaks of prayer in his letters, two Greek words repeatedly appear: PANTOTE, which means "Always"; and ADIALEPTOS, which means "without interruption or unceasingly".
