Over twenty years ago God led Evangelist Mamie Leonard to begin a weekly prayer meeting. Through her obedience to God, a powerful anointing was ushered into the midst of God's people. This prayer meeting has now grown into an Inter-Denominational Prayer Ministry. Prayer is the base of any Christian's life, yet how few know how to pray with any depth!
Paul urges us to "Pray without ceasing." (1 Thess. 5:17) He also encourages to "...be faithful in prayer." (Rom. 12:12) In fact, whenever Paul speaks of prayer in his letters, two Greek words repeatedly appear: PANTOTE, which means "Always"; and ADIALEPTOS, which means "without interruption or unceasingly". So this means our prayer life is very essential to our daily walk with God. Please join us at one of our weekly prayer meetings and be a blessing to the body of Christ. |
