Opportunities to serve

By serving in this ministry you will have an opportunity to make our guests and friends feel welcomed even before they get out of their cars. You are the first face our guests will see. Members of this team are stationed throughout the parking lot directing traffic, greeting individuals as they exit their cars, pointing them to our main entrance, and making everyone feel welcomed.

By serving as a Greeter, you have an opportunity to impact our guests first moments at Greater Deliverance.  Members of this ministry,  greet our guests and friends as they are entering our sanctuary. Greeters insure that every person entering the church is greeted and offered assistance as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome. Anyone who loves to share their spirit through a friendly smile, a hearty handshake or a generous hug is encouraged to be a part of this ministry.

By serving as an Usher you have an opportunity to help people feel comfortable at Greater Deliverance. The Usher ministry is comprised of individuals designated to maintain order and efficiency in the church. Ushers are responsible for greeting guests with a warm smile, a welcome and showing them to a seat at their comfort level.

By serving in our Music ministry you have an opportunity to enhance our worship experience through music and song. Individuals that, have a servant’s heart and are ready and willing to use their gift to honor God are encouraged to be a part of this ministry

By serving in this ministry you will have the opportunity to enhance our worship experience. You will help to ensure quality sound during our worship service. If you enjoy music and technology then consider joining the audio/sound ministry.

By serving in this ministry you will have the privilege of caring for people by providing fellowship, food, lodging and special individual care. On occasion this ministry will serve at special banquets, funerals or selected fellowship events by special arrangements.
